Table Captains’ FAQ
As a table captain, how am i going to get all the 'fixins' for my guests to my table?
Each Table Captain will have VIP parking at the Amphitheater and access to volunteers who will cheerfully help them transport food, drink, and table decorations to their table.
Do I absolutely have to recruit 9 others in order to have a table?
Certainly not. The only requirement in hosting a table is that you either raise or donate $500, $750, or $1000.
When do we need to collect donations from our Guests?
We would prefer you to collect donations as soon as possible, however all donations are due on the night of the event.
What is provided for my table by JustFundKY?
JustFundKY will provide a 6' round table, ten chairs, and two trash bags per table. We'll give you the freedom to design the rest!
Are their any restrictions on our table decorations?
Due to the proximity of horses, we cannot allow balloons or flags as the movement and noise involved in both could startle the animals. Other than this, there are no harsh restrictions. As a courtesy to others, we do ask that your decorations not obscure the view of any tables behind yours.
What will we do in the event of rain or otherwise inclement weather?
We have scheduled a Rain Date of Sunday, September 13th. In the event of inclement weather, JustFundKY will notify all table captains that the event has been rescheduled.
